"... just like Minnelli did in 1969"[edit]

This statement, alleging Liza Minnelli released this song on an album called Come Saturday Morning, doesn't make sense. The Sterile Cuckoo movie was released in 1969 and The Sandpipers, not Minnelli, performed the song in the film. At best, if it was released on vinyl LP, it would have been as a film soundtrack, not under Minnelli's name. Minnelli did a recording of the song, where she talks some of the dialog from the movie. I don't know the release details. Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 19:39, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted "eponymous," because that would mean the name of the album was The Sandpipers, not Come Saturday Morning (and because The Sandpipers did in fact release an earlier album called The Sandpipers). Richard K. Carson (talk) 20:27, 31 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
