David Hart is the son of 'Boy' Hart, the Jewish founder of Henry Ansbacher, the bankers. He was regarded as an outsider who would like to be an insider.

Yes, all that information is in The Spectator interview, a fairly verifiable source. Presumably Hart gave the interviewer most if not all the information. Anyway, it was all there, so I can't see it being objected to now. 86.129.78.47 15:23, 23 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is said that Hart provided the 'link' between the NCB and Downing Street
Subsequent research conducted by National Opinion Polls showed that these advertisements achieved the highest recall percentage of any in the election campaign
