Map numbers and communes[edit]
How do the numbers on the map match up with the Department's communes? Neither the INSEE codes nor the postal codes seem to offer much of a guide. For example, where is Saint-Denis itself? —— Shakescene (talk) 08:43, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
