Hello everybody, for some reason CPN (Masal) seems to call itself NCP (Mashal) the same time (source). I think this might be a translation problem or something. Wouldn't it be good to insert the organization's alternative name into this article so that someone searching for information about the organization under NCP (Mashal) would be able to find it there? --Partisan1917 00:11, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

no, it would just create more confusion, as that would create confusion with Communist Party of Nepal (Mashal). During the 1980s there were both Masal and Mashal (with different spelling in Nepali). Needless to say, it created a lot of confusion at the time and many sources are not very consequent about the naming. We should stay strict in keeping the two apart (even though their own webmaster sure is opening up for confusions). --Soman (talk) 07:48, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
