Adesa/KAR is history[edit]

Adesa/KAR is no more. It was bought out by a group of private equity funds. Shareholders were bought out at $27.85 per share in cash and KAR is no longer traded.[1][2][3] 4.232.195.54 23:12, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
