In what way is this copyright infringement? Is that a joke? I'm assuming that because you couldn't find any other reason to delete this article, you created one that doesn't exist. Please inform me in what way this was copyright infringement. --Jabarke1 (talk) 18:06, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree!! When a child is in middle school, they learn how to properly cite their information, which is done here. You are crying copyright infringement, which means someone didn't put the copyright or trademarkings on a company or referenced site. BUT, if someone were to do that, it would be against your rules and regulations. Please explain in detail what is meant by your statement of copyright infringement & do not reference the legal jargon.--Trenay (talk) 18:42, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

(trenay_)

You were wrong to delete this page the first time, which is the reason for its reposting. Some of the editing that has been done DOES address previous issues. It is not copyright infringement, blatant advertising, or any other pathetic "criteria for speedy deletion" that the editors have posted in the past or present. Thank you.

What is up with this? You got busted with your first reason so you have to talk in circles as to why you want to delete the page? What do you have against this company? Other companies are listed on this site.--Trenay (talk) 19:14, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize. I tagged the article with an incorrect speedy deletion notice. I meant to tag it with a {{db-spam}}. However, I see now that another editor has tagged it as recreation of deleted material. However, it seems the AFD was closed earlier as the article was deleted as blatant advertising. Sending it through a full cycle of [wp:AFD|articles for deletion]] would seem to be the correct course of action. -- Whpq (talk) 19:32, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Speedy Delete (G4 - repost of deleted material)[edit]

I've removed the G4 speedy notice (and the associated hangon). G4 applies if the article has been previously deleted through AFD. However, a review of the pervious AFD shows that it was speedily deleted there. So G4 does not apply, and another editor has put it up for AFD again. -- Whpq (talk) 19:44, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Whpq, thank you for taking the time to consider this page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Trenay (talkcontribs) 20:02, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate you keeping an open mind. If you look at the SEMA market research page on their site, you will see that this article is well-researched, neutral fact. Thanks again.

The article has been completely rewritten and re-cited for both notability and neutrality. Please take time to view the article, its sources, and its purpose. Thanks to those who have changed their vote.
