Merger Proposal[edit]

Bias tag added[edit]
The article does not express any viewpoints that cast doubt on concurrent engineering, making the reader question why everyone doesn't use this system - its drawbacks need to be explained more fully. I added a bias tag so people would at least take it with a grain of salt
