Discharge frequency equation appears to be inconsistent[edit]

The units stated for the given variables do not give units of time as you would expect. Unfortunately, I cannot access the reference given so I cannot see what the variables are actually supposed to be. If I had to guess, I would think that phi is probably some dimensionless variable and not feed volume. Burninator0 (talk) 23:53, 20 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
