Hello, this isn't clear:
Opening section ends with "up from the predicted 100 million at the end of this year." but there's no citation or year, so no context
This page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Express#ExpressPay says Amex offered contactless payment in 2005, "similar to Mastercard and Visa". Should we add it to the 2000s section of history? It's surprising that it isn't mentioned that 3 of the major US cards introduced systems around this time.
