Most successful one-design cruiser-racer of all time?[edit]

In the start of the article the following is stated: "With over 750 hulls built, the yacht has become the most successful one-design cruiser-racer of all time.". But I wonder why the H-boat with over 4000 build (or mayby other one-design yachts are build in even larger numbers) is not more sucsessful? Prillen (talk) 02:49, 5 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Highly subjective, but I would say the H-boat is more of a racing keelboat that a cruiser-racer yacht. The claim was made by Yachting Monthly in August 2004, and I trust them as a fairly reliable source. The quote is on the JR website. MatthewHaywood (talk) 07:29, 5 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
