This article is baffling to me, despite the fact that I know a tad about telecom and information security. I know enough to know that this article does not make sense.
Radiation Controlled Area[edit]
A radiation controlled area (defined in section 16 of Ionising Radiation Regulations 1999) is commonly referred to as a controlled area.
