Surface to mass[edit]

Shouldn't that be 'surface to volume'? It's that term which is used most commonly in the sciences. One reason is that mass depends on density while surface area and volume are both directly proportional to length (and have units of length^2 and length^3, respectively). Unless 'surface to mass' is a term from brewing terminology, it ought to be changed.40.142.183.146 (talk) 14:13, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
