Twitter Dispute[edit]

Shortly after being sworn in, he Tweeted a suggestive joke about the attack on Paul Pelosi which was widely condemned as offensive and indecent by Democrats and other Twitter users.

Is a Twitter disagreement newsworthy enough to include in the Wikipedia biography of an elected official? 69.125.82.78 (talk) 17:12, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed this sentence from the article, as well as from the article on the Attack on Paul Pelosi. It is sourced to HuffPost, which has no consensus on its reliability for political topics per WP:Perennial sources, and it appears to be the only outlet giving significant coverage to a minor Twitter spat. Including it may be undue weight. Kafoxe (talk) 17:46, 8 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
