Article Name[edit]

This should probably be moved to a new article with the name "Cost of Poor Quality" and have COPQ redirect to it. ~ Falls End (T, C) 00:29, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cost of poor quality[edit]

Unless I'm missing the point here, I believe your definition of the above mentioned subject to be incorrect. As defined: Cost of Poor Quality, or COPQ, can be defined as costs that would disappear if systems, processes, and products were not perfect.

Should this read "were perfect" Ray S A Grant (talk) 13:12, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Feigenbaum[edit]

First paragraph--who is Feigenbaum? Another work is cited, but we readers dont know who Feigenbaum is. The book must be introduced first.Hwfr (talk) 15:41, 23 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The concept of quality cost was introduced by Dr. Joseph Juran in the early 1950's — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:4898:8010:1:0:0:0:281 (talk) 15:07, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
