Languages system does not work[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coupling is disallowed to link to German https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kupplung as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clutch already does. Obviously this restriction does not work in the real world. Rigid and Flexible order[edit]
