Date of construction of Mills' Terrace[edit]

There is no mention of Mills Terrace in the Sussex press until Monday 28 May 1827, when the Sussex Advertiser p.3 ran an advertisement for the sale of brick making equipment. Similarly, there is no mention of lodgers or residents of Mills Terrace until a short list is provided in the Brighton Gazette p.3 on Thursday 9 October 1828.
