Removing promotional sources
This article has exactly one reference, which is a link to buy a book. There is also a "Further reading" section, which has exactly one link... to buy another book. Unless I hear otherwise, I'll remove these links in the coming days. The article will then be sourceless, and I'll tag it as such. ZackTheCardshark (talk) 03:16, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
