sale and name change[edit]

https://www.railinc.com/rportal/alf_docs/MergersAcq/COER9100.pdf gives the company's name as Crab Orchard & Egyptian Railway, a Division of Progressive Rail Incorporated. http://www.rrb.gov/blaw/bcd/bcd13-13.asp confirms that the company has been sold to Progressive Rail Incorporated.
