[edit]

The article reads like an advertisement. Furthermore, the popcorn and popcorn maker articles are weighted with information about Cretors, when in fact both popcorn and popcorn makes have full histories outside the United States. It's hard to believe the such a universally widespread food could boil down to one inventor in Ohio. These articles, furthermore, rely heavily on the C. Cretors company as a huge source for information about popcorn and the popcorn maker. Something seems fishy. 842U (talk) 02:14, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

During World War II section contains inaccuracies?[edit]

"In 1941 the War Production Board issued L-65..."

This looks to be wrong, according to the War Production Board article, "President Franklin D. Roosevelt established it on January 16, 1942, with Executive Order 9024." Also I'm not having any luck finding "L-65". 70.56.72.57 (talk) 17:47, 24 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
