Spoilers & Taped Results[edit]

The results that haven't aired but have been taped are being posted currently on the wikipedia. Should this be the case or should it only be updated when the results air? If a series finale of a TV show is leaked and the ending revealed before its air date, do we update pages saying 'x' killed 'y'? Shouldn't these results only be posted once they've officially aired?

If someone is 'Googling' this tournament and comes to Wikipedia to find information about it, should they have the results spoiled for them prior to it's actual official airing? 86.20.36.176 (talk) 16:19, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

— Honestly, no. Wikipedia isn't meant to be grounds for spoilers or dirt sheets - it should've been a point of reference to keep viewers current. Filthy shame that it's all out in the open now. 71.121.241.238 (talk) 01:03, 5 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

September 19 debut on Raw[edit]

Just took a screenshot of this promotion they showed on tonight's Raw: http://i.imgur.com/6KNiugD.jpg

That's 4 days after the tournament final. Should we mention this as followup? Ranze (talk) 02:25, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

WWE Cruiserweight Classic (2016)WWE Cruiserweight Classic – Or it can be 'Cruiserweight Classic'. Unless if there is no other topics related to 'Cruiserweight Classic', this must be moved. There's no need to put the 2016 one unless if there is a possible year for the same name. j3j3j3m0n 15:40, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support Cruiserweight Classic. This appears to be the common name, and there are no other articles of this title. Both (2016) and WWE are unnecessary.--Cúchullain t/c 16:05, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Cruiserweight Classic[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Cruiserweight Classic's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
