"... built in single numbers... " is not a standard meaningful English phrase.

It might mean , they built one. Or perhaps it means, they were built " in single digit numbers ", which would mean less than about ten.

It seems implausible that a company would come up with 5 or 6 designs, and yet built no more than a single example of all of them.Lathamibird (talk) 16:28, 19 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
