Propaganda[edit]

This article sounds like propaganda. One of the definitions of 'voluntary' as provided by Merriam-Webster's online directory is "acting or done of one's own free will without valuable consideration or legal obligation".

This means that describing participation in C-TPAT as voluntary is plain wrong. Not participating would mean that distributors have potentially more inspections and also potentially refusal to expedite. So clearly not "without valuable consideration".

Spelling[edit]

... should be "Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism" with the initial "-" and "Against" instead of "against". 85.178.8.124 08:22, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
