Identification confused?[edit]

There are different major aspects of his life in the more recently compiled History of Parliament volume for 1604-1629) that clash with what is given here - notably he was an illegitimate son of his father, mother's name Janet Scarisbrick, and that he died in 1632 in the Fleet Prison as a debtor, being buried in a London church.
