UPPERCASE is not the same as Title Case[edit]

It was right to move the article from to . However, the uppercase form should not have been deleted; it is used when the entire word is in upper-case, though not when only the initial letter is. I have restore it accordingly. Joestynes 16:36, 24 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
