Burger King[edit]

Does anyone know why they closed the two-story Burger King? That place was always PACKED, always a line of people at the register. NEVER have I seen a fastfood place always this consistently busy. Instead, they closed and put in a Lens Crafters. Was the rent too expensive? Did business at the restaurant suddenly plummet? What?

well the reason is they have one directly across the street from dadeland station alot less walking to that one and had a drive through which dadeland did not

Just another example (of many) of corporate stupidity :)

The Big D[edit]

A previous edit said the Tower was aqua since the beginning. It may have been originally but I know in the 80's and some of the 90's ,(maybe even some of the 70's) it was white. Open Air center[edit]

Stop removing the sentence that the mall was originally and open air center. The mall was not inclosed originally. This belongs in the history of the mall. I think it is a very important detail in the malls history that not a lot of the younger people would know. It operated for many years like this.DingoateMyBabyyy 06:31, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Sunglass Hut[edit]

AC Hotel Miami Dadeland[edit]

Hello, I noticed this article does not mention anything about the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland that recently opened on the property. I am requesting an edit:

On October 12, 2021, the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland opened its doors to guests. In collaboration with Simon and Concord Hospitality Enterprises and Marriott, the hotel was constructed with European design and flexibility in mind. In addition to the pool, lounge, fitness center, and artwork featured in their public spaces, the hotel offers flexibility with available meeting rooms and a 3,610 sq. ft. venue space.
