Why does Dan Abrams call a Collision an accident even after the responding Officers and Deputies call them Crashes or Collisions ?? An Accident Can Not Be Avoided !! Tell Abrams to Think About It. When he talks about a Hit And Run he doesn’t call this Accidents because he knows those Can Be Avoided !!
