Oppose. There are four men named "Dan Barrett" listed upon the Daniel Barrett disambiguation page, with insufficient indication that renown of the musician born in 1980 has reached such a level as to overwhelm the combined notability of the remaining three men. —Roman Spinner(talk • contribs) 18:10, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The 1980-born musician has received 12,793 view since July 2 (the day after the page was moved). In the same timespan, the other three men received a combined 894 views. Further, since 1 July 2015:
This means since 2015, the other three saw just over half (7029) of what the 1980-born musician saw in four months. Anarchyte (talk) 10:07, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Support. Clear case of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC by usage. Since the page move on July 2, the 1980-born musician has received more than ten times as many average daily pageviews as all other "Dan Barrett"s combined. ModernDayTrilobite (talk • contribs) 17:31, 9 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There are no articles that deny a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC move here. Daniel v Dan is enough to mitigate disambiguation requirements anyway (WP:NATDAB). Anarchyte (talk) 14:22, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
PRIMARYTOPIC has two prongs, and I referred to the second: A simple Google search clearly shows there is no main person with the name by long-term significance. Hameltion (talk | contribs) 15:27, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
When I google "Dan Barrett" (on private browsing so that my editing here doesn't affect the algorithm) the first results are Enemies List's Instagram and Twitter (founded by Barrett and used as his account), this Wikipedia article, Have a Nice Life songs, and his marketing agency. The vast majority of the images are of Barrett. Only after all of that do I then get Dan Barrett (coach), likely because of geographical relevance. Another tidbit: WikiNav for October shows that only this article was visited from the dab page. I'll note that should this RM fail to gain consensus, I wouldn't be opposed to your secondary option.
