Age[edit]

can't we get any basic info in here like age, spouse, family etc?

he occasionally mentions a son at harvard (now graduated, i believe). also one daughter, IIRC.

he talks far more about his late dog, CHARLIE, however, than either of them. leading one to wonder whether they might be estranged?

likewise, have never heard a single peep about any WIFE in the picture. not even ONCE! is he a widower? divorcé? single or gay parent w adopted kids?

i think i read 78 somewhere on the age. i would have added a few more years (83ish), but if 78 is what sources say, i guess it's possible.

last night he stated it was his 40th anniversary on radio, after 31 years on TV. he also said that he started broadcasting in law school, which would have to be age 22 or so, no?

so...doing the math...lessee...93? hmmm. doesn't seem quite *that* old. perhaps there were 10 yrs or so overlap between tv and radio that need to be subtracted?

he is certainly not one of boston's brighter lights. is this claim of "law school" for real? seems pretty incredible.
