Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

Hi Goncalo. On Wikipedia, in general, we write based on reliable, published sources. While it's great to have the firsthand words of your father, anything in the article should also be in another, reliable source (this can be a newspaper, a book, a magazine). The article as it was originally created was clearly about the former. Looking at the history of the article it looks as though IP editors have repeatedly tried to change the scope to be about the 19-year-old forward. I have reverted to the last stable version but IP disruption seems to have been a persistent problem at this article so protection may be necessary.
