Section I Deleted[edit]

So I deleted this section that was added in 2014 by an IP address user out of Springfield, Illinois.

"On March 14, 2014 Representative Daniel Burke added amendment #1 to Illinois house bill 4036 which would outlaw the sale of un-pasteurized (raw) milk in the state of Illinois. Since 2012, Illinois department of public health had been trying to create new rules to govern the sale of raw milk in Illinois. They created a dairy workgroup made up of raw milk farmers, consumers, health officials, and pasteurized milk dealers. The group had worked very hard for over a year, meeting several times, trying to work out rules both sides could agree on. Daniel Burke circumvented the farmers, consumers, and IDPH, when he created the amendment to ban all raw milk sales in Illinois."

Reasoning(s): It lacked citation for the creation of the Dairy Work group, its composition or its meetings. The quote "Daniel Burke circumvented the farmers, consumers, and IDPH, when he created the amendment to ban all raw milk sales in Illinois," does not seem neutral as it makes it sound like he did something nefarious/unethical. It also doesn't mention the bill died (which I would have added if I didn't have the other issues). If someone wants to take a shot at making it more neutral go ahead.
