Problems with lists[edit]

This article includes lists that are problematic. For one, it has lists of such things as films based on Dark Horse Comics that includes Dr. Giggles, which was not based on a comic (although Dark Horse did issue a comic based on the film.) For another, these lists include projects such as Sin City, which while a film based on a Dark Horse publication, was not a Dark Horse Entertainment movie and should not be listed on a page that is ostensibly about DHE. I don't have time to clean this up at the moment, but much more reasonable list would be DHE TV projects and DHE comics projects, with asterisks indicating ones that were based on a DHC publication. --Nat Gertler (talk) 13:28, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Off topic[edit]

An editor is insisting on including lists of productions that are not by Dark Horse Entertainment, without giving any reason why such lists belong in an article that's about Dark Horse Entertainment. Those are clearly off-topic for this article. I am (re)adding "off-topic" tags; those should not be removed unless the sections are removed, or some consensus is reached here that they are somehow on-topic. --Nat Gertler (talk) 13:06, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Movies for which Dark Horse at some point published a related comic book. Things like Sin City are not produced or distributed by Dark Horse Entertainment, Dark Horse Comics just has the comics license. These things have a place... in List of films based on Dark Horse Comics. They make no sense here in an article specifically about DHE. --Nat Gertler (talk) 01:46, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
