Pre-Colorado house career, etc.[edit]

@NeilN, Alex Shih, Drmies, Yngvadottir, Denverjeffrey, and Diannaa: While trying to find sources on Williams' early-life and educational background as well as on his career prior to be elected to the Colorado State House, I came across this which seems like a RS. So, I'm wondering if such content could be included if additional sourcing can be found found. The article basically starts with Williams being elected to the Colorado house, but it probably should include content prior to that as well such as about his early life and education. I'm not just looking for negative information per se, and did find this and this which might be useful since they mention things prior to Williams being elected to office. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:10, 11 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

All of those look useful to me, and yes it would be good to have more of his biography. Unfortunately I'm at work and fast running out of break. (Wow, the Denver Post looks different without Adblock. I can see the article! OTOH it gets covered by a massive ad if I'm not extremely careful.) Oops gotta go. Yngvadottir (talk) 13:40, 11 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This is another source about Williams being UCCS student body president, a news blog about Williams being endoresed for chairman of the El Paso County GOP, brief mention about not having to face an opponent in a Republican primary for District 15 rep., a news blog with some background info as well as mention of announcement to run again for District 15 rep., and a NYT blurb about Williams winning the District 15 race. I'm not finding lots of info on anything prior to his becoming a state rep other than the university stuff. There's seems to be some stuff out there, but it mostly seems to be primary/user-generated stuff (both postive and negative), but not a lot of coverage in more traditional media sources. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:41, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
