This nomination is very troubling to me. There are somewhere between 2 dozen and 30 entire paragraphs without a single WP:IC, which for me is always enough for a quickfail. It violates WP:MOS on a couple of fronts including that the WP:LEAD is five paragraphs whereas four is the maximum number recommended. At over 75KB readable prose, the article's WP:SIZE suggests it should be considered for some WP:SPLIT. The article seems to need some reorganization with very long sections with many paragraphs that give it a tedious feel. This seems to be a bit of a drive-by nomination since the nominator has not edited the page in 2013 and the nominator has fewer than 10 edits to the page's entire history. Due to its size and need for organization and the questionable familiarity with the article (not the topic) of the nominator, I am quickfailing this article. Please review WP:WIAGA before renominating this article.
