There are 3 articles on Wikipedia on people named David Cecil. There is also a producer named David Cecil who currently isn't on Wikipedia but probably will be added soon due to his persecution by the Ugandan government making him a notable person. The 400m hurdles box at the bottom of the page is incorrect for the years 1906-1928, including the biography pages for each athlete name of each incorrect year, and is apparently un-editable.
