I have communicated with the photographer Fred Katz numerous times and he filled out the form requested by Wikipedia more than one time. We were given Wikipedia Ticket#2018062110008631, from permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. Please restore the image DavidDorward2018.jpg to Wikipedia and to David Dorward's Wikipedia page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Dorward. {user: kermit7]]

Since this was a file deleted from Wikimedia Commons, you will have to take it up there, not on English Wikipedia. We have no jurisdiction over anything done on Commons. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 16:17, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
