Next steps[edit]

As I understand it, Higgins is now doing two jobs, working for Network Rail until his replacement is found, and heading the HS2 Railway plans at the same time.

Businessman[edit]

he has an engineering degree,has risen up the ranks running engineering projects and currently heads an engineering company, that makes him an engineer not a businessman any more than say IK Brunel or RL Stevenson.82.8.44.94 (talk) 18:19, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
