Bizarre Error[edit]

Hi Friends,

When not logged in on this page, it appears to open up a giant unremovable image of water that covers most of the page. A transgender pride flag covers the top left cornet as well. I strongly support trans rights, of course, but I do not think that is intended for the page of Congressman David Rouzer. Anyone know anything about that? Not sure how to fix it, and it only appears when not logged in. Jakegreenbruh (talk) 20:25, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
