Merging "Değirmenaltı, Bitlis" article[edit]

I've merged a stub article entitled "Değirmenaltı, Bitlis" into this one, as they are very clearly the same village. This article is older, more substantial (even before my recent edits), and already connected to articles in other languages, which is why I did it in this direction. Whether the title here should ultimately specify "Bitlis" or "Turkey" for disambiguation I leave to any other editors to decide; I believe there may be another "Değirmenaltı" in Turkey, near Tekirdağ, so "Bitlis" is more precise. Alternatively, the other Değirmenaltı may perhaps never meet the notability criteria for an article and therefore a disambiguator may not be needed here at all and the title could then simply be "Değirmenaltı" period.

Also, I've imported the infobox from the other article into this article, but the population figure there does not cite a source; it's smaller than the one cited in-text, but it's also from an earlier date (maybe the last available census data in this region?), so I leave that again for other editors to sort out.
