Dick Griffey did not co-found Death Row Records

I could find no credible source that includes Dick Griffey as a founder of Death Row Records, but I did locate multiple sources that do not include him. There have been multiple reverts by different editors to correct the erroneous addition of un-referenced material (and multiple requests for the editor(s) that keep adding it to provide a reliable source).

This article references Griffey as, "the Solar Records founder who says he helped Knight obtain financing and distribution to launch Death Row." [1] It's in Section N2-Arts titled "'Suge' Knight Ready to Shed His Gangsta Armor?" As is stated, even in Griffey's Wikipedia article, Griffey "had a hand in" the founding, but was not an actual co-founder of the label. The "many witnesses" have not been published in a reliable source. Dick Griffey didn't refer to himself as a founder of the label. His lawsuit was for breach of contract for being cut out of the deal (hence not included in it) and was settled before it concluded. Orville1974 (talk) 02:51, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
