Few sources, very promotional[edit]

The article lacks suitable sources, most of the citations are by the subject. Unless someone objects, I intend to trim it down quite a bit. --Nuujinn (talk) 17:29, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article still lacks suitable sources. It is mostly original research (see WP:OR). It has only one article about Deepa written by another person. If she is the subject, other authors must be used as sources for information to create her biography. Primary sources can not be the only sources. A criticism section must be added since many statements of Deepa Kumar have been quite well refuted. Her arguments are too often emotional but ill substantiated. In fact, an article on Deepa Kumar without criticism section risks to degenerate to a mere self promotion, and so must eventually be removed and banned from all Wikipedia sources. Reworked writings[edit]

I update the writings section for clarity and accuracy. I also added citations. I significantly reworked the Hamas part to be more accurate to the wording of the citation. The anonymously-added "Kumar has defended Hamas" seems to be an opinionated view not supported by the text cited and was potentially contentious. Slamorte (talk) 21:05, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
