The political left-right spectrum is defined where left is government control over the means of production and right is private control over the means of production. How do we square the notion of "far right" somehow meaning "totalitarianism"? Under a totalitarian government, they would dictate and thus control all of the means of production. That would make any form of totalitarian government left not right.
