AVOID BETWEEN TWO HARDERN SURFACE

Bright Sound? The article refers to a "bright" sound. What is a bright sound? Is the use of "bright" to desribe this part of normal composite vocabulary? I've never heard of it....198.54.202.94 (talk) 12:29, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Insidious failure?[edit]

The article states that delamination is an insidious failure. Delamination is a common failure in surfboards, which are made from composite materials (usually fiberglass). It's very visible on the surface of the board when it happens so I question the validity of the statement. It may be true in heavy duty construction composites where the layers are thicker, but in small equipment with thin composites you would see and feel delamination very quickly. 192.55.54.38 (talk) 03:14, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
