Page location[edit]

Is there any reason why this isn't at University of Manchester School of Computer Science in line with the main article? If there's no objection I'll move the page in two days. Timrollpickering 13:50, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Who are these people?[edit]

I have been studying at this department for a few months now and have never heard of any of the people mentioned in this article. --Deskana talk 17:36, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Having messed around with the csinfo database, it turns out I'm just clueless as to who these people are... but they actually do exist! How curious. --Deskana talk 17:42, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've just been looking at the CS intranet site, and found a few more professors that haven't been added to the list, and to stop confusion I've added the relevent area that they "teach". Well, we wouldn't have heard of most of these Deskana because we do CS and Maths, whereas most of thses are just CS. --Dave2k6 talk 21:39, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Clean up tag[edit]

I added the cleanup tag as at the moment it is just stub and a list of staff, most of whom do not meet the criteria of WP:BIO, and some other lists. But there are some interesting people here who do, and the School/Department no doubt has an interesting history. If it is worth an article can someone please write it as an encylopedia article?
