Rs. 100,000 limit of insurance need to change to minimum to Rs 100 crores for bank deposits[edit]
Rs 100,000 was a big amount and was enough to secure common people's savings in 1978. But this is not true for 2017.
This limit should be 100 crores to secure bank deposits. After demonetization this is need of time to safeguard common people's hard earned money. I thought to start this discussion after reading fake message of RBI's decision to close 9 banks including Uco, idbi, corporation, Andra, IOB, bank of Mah
