insufficient context - fixing

Ok, fair enough.

A couple of edit passes have been made so far in an attempt to correct this.

It would be most helpful if someone would advise us exactly what is required in order to satisfy the removal of the "insufficient context" notice.

It is most likely this editor is the only registered user with sufficient knowledge of the subject and the best one to carry out the task of whatever is required so any help here would be most appreciated.

Should anyone then have anything constructive to add to it and expand upon it, that would be most welcome.

This was simply adding content to an empty article (or "topic", not quite sure what to call it) which I have detailed knowledge of, and that now having been done, my only remaining concern is to simply remove any errors, satisfy any "context" problems and keep the ball rolling.

So if someone can help us out here a bit, that would be great.

This help could also assist us in any future submissions on topics (articles) needing content.
