Copyright problem removed[edit]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://dhakashishuhospital.org/dsh/DSH_Overview.php. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Removed stale COI tag with no active discussion per Template:COI[edit]

An old neutrality-related tag that appears to have no active discussion has been removed from this article per the instructions at Template:COI. The template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever any one of the following is true:

  1. There is consensus on the talk page that the issue has been resolved
  2. The problem is not explained on the article's talk page, and the specific problem is unclear
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if discussion about resolving the problem has become dormant

The article has been slashed by three-quarters in the four years since it was tagged. No obvious overarching neutral point of view or other content policy violation remains. There is no evidence of ongoing discussion of conflict of interest, so I've removed the tag for now and replaced it with connected contributor here. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, please feel free to restore the COI template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one!
