Mention of the trailer - possibly noteworthy[edit]

The trailer currently has a pretty bad like:dislike ratio, and it's been reported that it was originally taken down by Blizzard after equally bad reception, only to be later either republished or reuploaded. Not sure if any good source mentions this, but if they do, I think it's interesting enough to be worth mentioning. 181.115.110.189 (talk) 17:23, 20 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

On June 13, 2019 the trailer had 745K dislikes against 29K likes. May be it worth to make screenshot and upload it to the wiki? DAVRONOVA.A. 15:03, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lowest Metacritic User Score[edit]

Should there be any mention that it has the lowest Metacritic user score, at least at one point, now that it has been mentioned by gaming news outlets? Gamerant Video Games Chronicle Might be a notable controversy to add to give a fuller picture of reception. Fjaoaoaoao (talk) 01:59, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Gamerant is a really weak source. VGC is fine, but would be nice to have a second really solid source. -- ferret (talk) 02:27, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Total cost to complete the game[edit]

It would probably be best to include under audience reception the newest calculations that it could cost on average around 500k USD to max out all gem slots on a single character - as more gem slots unlock once you max the first set out as a sort of whale mechanic. The reddit post this new information comes from seems solid and data mining is backing it up, but so far there's not been much reporting that would feel great to cite and it's probably best to wait for other people to verify a figure around 500k USD. Done. I very much agree, so it's been added now that a number of reliable citations are available. Such horrifying price points deserve calling out, so long as they can be done in a neutral way.

Edit Request[edit]

The article currently has two unclear statements I've encountered. Firstly:

the game's level cap of (a cap of level 60 at launch,

please change this to:

the game's level cap (which is 60 at launch,

And secondly:

Unlike in other Diablo games, set items in Immortal are those of the six secondary types (hands, feet, neck, waist, and two rings).

please change this to:

Item sets in Immortal occupy the six secondary slots (hands, feet, neck, waist, and two rings).

since hands, feet, etc. are locations and not types. Thanks. 49.195.93.201 (talk) 06:41, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
