Am I correct in thinking this disambiguation page should not be placed in the surname category? Is that the reason it is coming up as a set index, with a label at the top and as a hidden category? On the page on Category:Surname, it said something like don't put the surname category on a disambiguation page that lists members of the same family name, or something like that. Would it be true that surname should not be put on *any* disambiguation page? Thanks for any help available, glad to fix if it is the right thing to do.
