Is the note about using a password to get around the 5-client limit still accurate? When I tested it with iTunes 7 this was not the case. Could I get someone else to confirm? --Jamiew 22:29, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It should be noted that the current DAAP version is not 7.0, instead 3.0 (see http://forums.fireflymediaserver.org/viewtopic.php?p=6645&sid=403371817d9197c0af6eb1a7e3bb594f#6645 for a discussion). The link to Digital Media Access Protocol (DMAP) is broken. I can't find any reference to the acronym or full name in Google or Apple. Please consider removing the last sentence referring to it as the protocol underlying DAAP and DPAP. Uniquenm (talk) 11:43, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What problems exactly does DAAP address?[edit]
