Title of article[edit]

Why does this article omit "NIST" from the article's title? The official name of the website that is the subject of this article is NIST Digital Library of Mathematical Functions. Reliable third-party sources include "NIST" when they refer to the website by title. I see no justification for omitting "NIST" from the article's title. A redirect page entitled NIST Digital Library of Mathematical Functions redirects to this article. In my opinion, this page should be moved to NIST Digital Library of Mathematical Functions, probably with a redirect to it from Digital Library of Mathematical Functions.—Finell 02:16, 30 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
